RDCA meeting minutes

Please note that from January 2026,  the meeting minuting policy will be to:

  • Not include a list of named persons who attended an RDCA general & annual meeting.   The minutes will include a count of public members and a list of the named committee members attending.
  • That points or agenda items raised by public attendees who are not committee members will not specifically mention the person concerned.   The minutes will refer to the person as a ‘member of the public’.
  • That the only names included in the minutes will be members of the executive committee.
