RDCA meeting minutes

 

From January 2026, the RDCA will adopt the following minuting policy:

  • Minutes of General and Annual Meetings will not include a list of named public attendees. They will record the number of public members present and list only the committee members in attendance.
  • Points raised by public attendees who are not committee members will not be attributed to named individuals. Such contributions will be recorded as comments made by “a member of the public.”
  • The only names included in the minutes will be those of the executive committee.

This policy is in line with the best practice guidance provided by the UK Information Commissioners Office and the Welsh Government.
